Kudakwashe worked as an analyst for J.P.Morgan in London and is also a former director of Planet Building Contractor’s. Kudakwashe has headed projects for the construction and delivery of bridges, factories and affordable housing schemes for CBZ, Sino-Hydro and OK Zimbabwe

Tafadzwa is a co-founder of Rhino Contracting with over 6 years of experience in the construction environment. Tafadzwa was an associate at Atena Construction, a full service general construction firm specializing in high end builds in Toronto, Canada. Tafadzwa is also a former director of Planet Building Contractors, a category A Zimbabwean contractor and supervised the delivery of ZIMSEC’s $8 000 000 USD printing press in Norton.
